In reply to Jo collaso. We're not aware of any requirement that says those words have to be in an ESA letter. We suggesting asking your landlord to point out the rule they are referencing.

Does an ESA letter in PA require that the following statement be on it? “This document is true and accurate to the Pennsylvania Assistance and Service Animal Integrity Act and the provider is not intentionally misrepresenting his/her entitlement to an assistance animal or service animal pursuant to state, federal, and local law.” ?
My landlord says I need this on my letter but my letter does not include that statement.
