My daughter got an Esa and her landlord is telling her to remove the dog from the property. What can she do?

We live in a manufactured home park ,the owners own the land the homes are on, in our rules there are no big dogs allowed or certain type breed,like German shepard. Doberman,pitbull,and so on,so with this being said if someone wants to buy a home in the park and they have an emotional care dog but its a breed they don’t allow in the park can they say we can’t have you buy a home in here because we don’t except these type Dogs???

To clarify, an emotional support animal is different from a service dog. An ESA requires a letter from a licensed healthcare professional, but a service dog does not. Hello to whoever is reading this, I have a few question to ask I have seizures, depression, anixity and a PTSD and is there anyway to find someone to help me with getting each one of these letter, I have been training my own service Dog and she works helping with my seizures but my depression and PTDS is getting bad and I don’t work cause of my disability problems so I don’t have a lot of cash but need some more help cause my landlord wont let me get a ESP dog to see how my depression and PTsd so that’s my main question.

It took me a long time to understand my need for an Emotional Support Animal and by the time, I was recommended to adopt one by my family doctor, the process became a hurdle for me. Thankfully, with websites like these, the process for acquiring an ESA seems to appear in black and white now. Along with this text above, I would strongly recommend to go through this too to have a clearer picture on getting an ESA.
