I live in an apartment now that allows pets, but limits the size of dogs. If I get an ESA can I choose whatever size dog I want?

Can an HOA charge you $500 to look at your letter from your doctor TO GIVE APPROVAL that says you need an ESA?

You do not need a certificate for an ESA. An ESA letter is generally good for a year, please see this post for more information: https://esadoctors.com/do-esa-letters-expire-how-to-renew/
